Please answer the following essay questions. Please be sure that each essay is a minimum of 200 words in length. All essays are to be completed in English, and must be completed by the applicant.

Essay 1 - Explain how you heard about the FTISNE/IUPAT and why you want to become and apprentice with the IUPAT.

Essay 2 - Explain what impact (negative or positive) Labor Unions have had or continue to have on society.

Essay 3 - Assume you just completed a vigorous four year apprenticeship with the FTISNE and several thousands of dollars have been spent on your education. What do you believe are now your responsibilities as a member of the IUPAT and its represented industries?

Essay 4 - Assuming FTISNE staff members do not know you; write a "Personal Sales Presentation" on why the FTISNE should accept you as a student and IUPAT member. Do not attach or write a traditional resume. This is a good chance to sell your strong qualities.
